About us

A trading desk built on verification, not volume.

Most commodity introductions fail long before price is agreed. They fail on documents, on credibility, on a counterparty who cannot perform.

Unique Global Exim Trade Corporation (UGETC) was formed to close that gap. We work as a trading, consulting and facilitation house across international energy and precious metals markets — qualifying every counterparty before an introduction is made, aligning commercial terms in writing, and staying attached to the file through inspection, documentation and settlement.

Our desk operates flexibly. Depending on the structure and the regulatory picture, we act as commercial agent, intermediary or principal — the role is defined in writing at the outset, so every party knows exactly who carries what.

Role, Incoterms, inspection regime and payment instrument agreed before procedure begins.
Transaction discipline

Bullion is traded on the London good-delivery convention — minimum 995.0 fineness, refiner hallmark, assayed fineness, serial number and year of manufacture struck on the bar. We work only with material from accredited refiners.

Doré is handled differently: origin documentation, export permits and chain-of-custody are verified before any movement, and the consignment travels under escort to a nominated refinery for final assay and settlement.

01

Define

We take the requirement in writing — product, specification, volume, destination, target terms — and confirm what would make the trade work for you.

02

Qualify

Counterparties are screened before introduction: corporate documents, KYC, proof of product or proof of funds, sanctions and AML checks.

03

Align

Roles, Incoterms, inspection regime and payment instrument are agreed and papered — NCNDA, SPA and procedure — before anyone moves.

04

Execute

Nomination, loading, independent inspection, title documents and settlement — tracked to completion and reported at every milestone.

Leadership

A message from the Managing Director.

Surya VNB Chelluboyina · Managing Director
“In this trade, the deal is never won on price. It is won on whether both sides can actually perform — and on whether someone in the middle is willing to prove it.”

I have watched too many credible requirements collapse in the gap between an enquiry and a contract. Not because the product was not there, and not because the money was not there, but because nobody took responsibility for verifying either.

Unique Global Exim Trade Corporation exists to take that responsibility. We qualify before we introduce. We put the role of every party in writing before a procedure begins. We keep one person on the file from the first enquiry to the final settlement, so nothing is handed off into silence.

That is a slower way to work, and it is deliberate. It means we will occasionally tell you a transaction is not viable. It also means that when we do bring you a counterparty, they are real, they are documented, and they can perform. That is what facilitating global trade with integrity means to us — and it is the only basis on which we are willing to earn a long relationship.
